United States

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Most orders ship for $10 or less, but heavy and bulky items require special attention and require additional shipping fees. For these items, discounted rates or actual rates will be charged. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska may incur additional shipping charges. Orders to Hawaii need to be handled by a customer care manager through our sales department. Please call 888.553.5655 to place an order or email us the items and quantities you need and we can send you a PayPal invoice. All phone orders must be placed during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday). Ballasts, Christmas lights, special order and clearance items are non-returnable except under manufacturer's warranty.

Canada

All orders shipped via either UPS or truck line. Minimum order of $100 required. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

International

International orders need to be handled by a customer care manager through our sales department. Please call +001.407.936.0267 to place an order or email us the items and quantities you need and we can send you a PayPal invoice. All phone orders must be placed during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday). There is a minimum of a $250.00 (US) for all orders going to all International orders.

Overnight and 2nd Day Air

Options such as overnight, billing shipping to recipient’s freight carrier account, and orders outside the continental U.S. need to be handled by a customer care manager through our sales department. Please call 888.553.5655 to place an order (International customers, please call +001.407.936.0267). The order must be placed during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday).

Delivery Times

Most orders will typically be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. If you need an order immediately, we recommend calling our customer care team at 888.553.5655 to ensure the products are in stock and can be shipped right away. Light Bulb Surplus carries a huge inventory, but occasionally due to heavy demand or our vendor's ability to fulfill orders, we might have to back order some items. You will be notified within 2 business days by email if this occurs.

DELIVERY

Your order will typically be delivered in 5 to 7 business days, and most orders ship out the same day! In the case of a back order, we will notify you within 5 business days. Please contact an account representative if you need your product delivery expedited or if you have any additional questions.

SHIPPING AND WEBSITE ERRORS

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

SHIPPING MISC INFO

Customers may avoid shipping charges by picking up the merchandise at our warehouse or by providing a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label to be used for the shipping of the merchandise.  Please contact customer service to arrange these services.
